We had the Russo party out yesterday Joe, Andy and Joe. We had to bounce around quite a bit to put a catch together, to much drift in one spot not enough in another but the guys toughed it out and put some nice fish in the box 20" inches plus and lots of shorts as well. We also stopped to watch a Humpback Whale feed on bait a couple miles out of Raritan Bay and the guys were able to snap some good pictures.
